Your role

We are looking for a Clinical Customer Success Manager to serve our customers and our product team as a domain expert in clinical genomics. The person in this role serves as a trusted advisor to Nostos Genomics’ customers, directly counselling front-line variant scientists, bioinformaticians and clinical leaders on our recently launched product AION. This versatile professional will lead feedback sessions with users, conduct research and data analysis, consult with customers on technical questions/demonstrations and work with the product team to bring the customer voice to the table.


We foster a flexible work environment and encourage applications from candidates that are either based in Berlin or would work remotely with a willingness to travel to Berlin occasionally.

Job requirements

Essential

  • Advanced degree in genetics, biology, or related discipline

  • Expert knowledge of the clinical genomics domain with significant experience in variant interpretation in a clinical laboratory setting

  • Familiarity with next generation sequencing and ACMG/AMP/ClinGen variant interpretation guidelines

  • Previous experience working with variant interpretation software tools and understanding of features and user workflows

  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility as well as find pragmatic solutions to potentially complex problems

  • Good skills in verbal and written communication in English (e.g. to update our user documentation, run a technical demo with users and communicate with our development team)

  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary and collaborative environment

  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback


Nice-to-have

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize user research and customer feedback into clear product requirements and specifications

  • Ability to engage with users to understand product use cases and feedback, identify user needs and advocate for new product features and changes

  • Understanding of the medical lab or general healthcare industry

  • Start-up experience
