Your role

We are looking for a Sales Manager Nordics. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers as well as managing existing ones within your territory. You will travel frequently across the region, and especially within: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Iceland.
You’re the type of person who can talk to anyone, anywhere and in any situation. You will take ownership of the entire sales process and focus on building lasting partnerships. If you’re the type of person who anticipates the customer’s needs and takes pride in helping them provide better solutions to patients, this could be the role for you. You will be supported by the entire company including subject matter experts to achieve even the most ambitious goals. Hands-on mentality and willingness to work together with the entire team are essential to this role.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the growth of our AI-driven platform to provide patients with the right diagnosis at the right time.

  • Align the sales process to the customer’s buying process from start to close.

  • Reach out to prospects and customers using diverse channels (phone, email) but also meet them in person to build long-term relationships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with regional distributors & partners.

  • Map the stakeholders for each targeted institution using internet and databases (public and provided) populating and maintaining our CRM.

  • Organize and prioritize prospects with the goal of going beyond transactional sales to become a true strategic partner for our customers.

  • Strong communication with clarity, purpose and emotion to build a genuine connection with prospects and customers.

  • Be an advocate for your customers to ensure that they have everything they need.

Job requirements

  • At least 4 year’s experience in a B2B sales position in the genetic testing industry

  • Strong communication skills, including experience explaining complex scientific principles clearly.

  • Experience providing first-class service to clients as part of a team, preferably within the clinical, clinical research, biotechnology, or medical technology industries.

  • Fluent in a regional language (mandatory), English Fluent as our universal company language

  • Located in one of the relevant markets
